Academy Terms & Conditions
REGISTRATION is subject to availability of the program. Spots are limited and Squash Revolution reserves the right not to accept a registration.
SCHEDULE: Squash Revolution makes every effort to ensure that the programs run to on time and according to the schedule laid out. However, Squash Revolution reserves the right to re-schedule in the event of insufficient sign-ups or if circumstances arise beyond the club’s control. The rescheduled date(s) is to be decided solely on the discretion of the Academy.
LIABILITY WAIVER: The registrant fully understands that participation in this sport involves risk and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death. By agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, the registrant willingly assumes all and every risk mentioned above, and waives Squash Revolution of any liability for such. Squash Revolution, its coaches and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, illness, or accident, which may occur to the Registrant at any time during the training program.
CANCELLATION AND ABSENCE POLICY: The program’s fee shall be paid in full a week prior to the start of the season. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be accepted up to one week prior to the start of the session for full refunds. No refunds shall be given after the season has commenced and/or if the participant is absent from the training program due to temporary illness, short-term travel or short-term unavailability.
Missed sessions: One missed session can be rescheduled (subject to availability and coach's discretion). In case of injuries, a doctor’s note is required in any case where make-ups are deemed an appropriate remedy for missed sessions or, in the case of a prolonged injury, where a house credit may be issued for future use in a similar future program. Refunds are NOT offered and the registrant agrees to make payment in full for all registered programs.
VIDEO / LIVE STREAMING / PHOTOS: The Squash Revolution Academy may use any photographs or videos taken during the training sessions for publicity and marketing purpose unless otherwise indicated by the Registrant in writing. Additionally, the program uses video/live streaming technology as a teaching tool during lessons, clinics and matches. Registrant confirms that they are aware of this and gives permission for its use.
