This intense training camp is for junior players . Train with world top professionals at a world class facility while enjoying campus life. The 2024 Camp will be taking place at SASquash located at the prestigious ST. ANDREW'S SCHOOL, RI. The venue is located just outside of Providence 20min from PVD airport and 1.5 hours from Boston Logan Airport .

Sample Daily Schedule

Warm up & fitness session
Solo hitting. squash specific off court training: Players will be following Gaultier/Coll/Razik's training routines.

10::30 -12pm
Technical session:
Ball control drills, focus on swing mechanics , private sessions

12pm-1:30pm
Rest + Lunch (walking distance at Thayer St restaurants)/Whole Foods Market)

1:30pm-2pm
Mental session
match preparation, coping with pressure, visualization. and pro match viewing.

2pm-330pm
Tactical session :
A typical sessions starts off with movement work, progresses into condition drills/games, and finish off with match play (pros to jump in!).

330-4pm
Technical review , cool down: stretching and foam rolling
