Format:
Day 1 Technical/swing/grip + Fitness training
Dec 2 Footwork/movement + Fitness training
Dec 3 Tactical/conditioning games + Fitness training
Day 4: Math play/conditioning games + Fitness training
Day 5: Tournament + Fitness training
Players:
6-8 per session
