We are looking for a Head Squash Coach to join the team at Squash Revolution. If designing and developing squash programs, finding ways to measure member appreciation and satisfaction, and pushing the boundaries of squash awareness are all things that you are interested in, then please keep on reading!

As a Head Coach for your club, you will be responsible for helping create targeted paths that help the club succeed financially and in the community. Whether it is designing a full squash program, developing specific clinics, or putting leagues teams together, you will be focused on engaging our players in ways that are truly engaging to them and their unique needs for squash while growing the revenue of the club.

You are a thinker. Whether you are exploring new ways to bring more people to squash, recruiting schools around you to join your club, or bringing squash players to their best level in years, you are someone who leverages specific insights to drive your decisions and provide real growth. You’ll get to spend most of your time researching and collaborating with the Management Team, creating new and innovative ways to bring in more squash players.
 
 
You love to collaborate. You work across functions (coaching, marketing, support, and managing) to turn ideas into thriving clinics or events for our squash players. You involve others and make it easy for them to participate in the process. You share your ideas and collaborate with your peers, coworkers, and other squash team members to solicit feedback early and often.

You are a squash advocate. You translate squash findings into compelling and intriguing sales pitches. You provide delightful experiences for our squash players and people who are not familiar with squash, and you guide them to Squash Revolution's products and services. You have a good understanding of the squash population and  how to leverage that into your work.
 
 
You love doing things efficiently. At Squash Revolution, the work you do will have a direct impact on the business. We believe in systems and processes that let us scale our impact to be larger than ourselves. As a Head Squash Coach, you will champion processes that enable Squash Revolution teams to provide the best service and bring the club to a higher level.

Most of all, you love the challenge of bringing more squash to everyone. Squash Revolution gives people the ability to learn squash every day at all levels and promotes the awareness of squash within each club's city. To deliver the best squash program in the area, there's a lot needed. Squash Revolution is a startup, so you'll likely get experience on many different projects across the organization:

• Greet and direct new members or new prospects interested in squash
• Reach out to the community and organizations 
• Contact schools and companies around your club 
• Organize and prepare lessons and clinics
• Train and manage coaches at your club
• Assist the Squash Revolution team in creating and running amazing events in the community
• Report improvements needed

Compensation:

Pick your own equipment. We'll set you up with the best gear to be the best coach.

Unlimited vacation policy. We require you to take at least 2 weeks off each year. Most employees take 4-5 weeks off per year. This isn't a vague policy where unlimited vacation means no vacation.

Work with awesome companies around the world. We partner with the best squash coaches and squash players in the world, and you'll constantly get to interact with them.

Squash Coach (Mclean, VA): Coach juniors & adults, including nationally-ranked players, individually & in groups; Lead squash clinics and coach camps; Develop and administer squash tournaments for U.S. Squash and at local tournaments. Travel 6-8x/year locally throughout DC-MD-VA area, as well as to the Northeast U.S. for junior squash tournaments. Intermittent national travel to compete in U.S. Squash tournaments. Requires: 3 years exp as squash coach or PSA ranked player + level 1 squash coaching certificate.
