More Details about Camps with Squash Revolution

The program covers all aspects of the game, starting with basic technique and building towards tactics and tournament play.  Conditioning games, match play, and physical training are implemented into the sessions. For more program info, please contact info@squashrev.com
Week 1
–          Basic Technique
Technical sessions focusing on grip, swing mechanics, and ball control

Week 2
–          Basic Technique
Technical sessions incorporating foot work and movement

Week 3
–          Volley/serve & return
Serve and return basics, drills, conditioning games

Week 4
–          Volley/serve & return
Volley work, control, movement

Week 5
–          Going Short/counter attacking
Drop shot, counter attacking, front court movement

Week 6
–          Going short/attacking
Volley drop, attacking boast, front court movement

Week 7
–          Tactical/match play
Thinking on court, game plan, strategy/counter strategy

Week 8
–          Tactical/match play
Game styles, shot selection, conditioning games, match play

"I really loved the squash camp that you set up last summer.  It was serious squash training and fun at the same time.  The drills that we all practiced together were amazing.  Since the camp finished, I have been practicing these drills and my squash game has improved so much lately.  I liked the video analyses that you did so I saw how I actually looked on the court.  I think that the challenge ladder was a great idea to compare ourselves amongst the other kids.  At the end of the camp, we all got a squash booklets.  The squash booklet has helped me so much to get prepared for squash games and matches.  I really liked that at the end of every day, we stretched to prevent injuries.  Now I always stretch before and after every match and I have not ever had a single injury.  In general, I think the whole squash camp was wonderful"
